Locally, there are so many great care providers, doulas, support groups and activities for you and your LO once they arrive! I hope that this collection will be a continuing work in progress and that you find it helpful!
Support Groups: Finding a great support group (or just a group where you can be around other adults and your baby can roll around on their blanket or have some tummy time for a while) can be a great excuse to get out of the house, meet new people and bounce ideas off each other about what’s going on with baby. Find a support group that fits your needs. That may mean breastfeeding support or parenting support, a place to talk about your birth experience, or simply a play group.
