String Instrument Lessons


I started playing the violin in third grade and it has been part of my life ever since.  I began my teaching career in high school, giving lessons to small children and middle school students from my hometown.  This led me to college to receive my Bachelor of Music in Music Education and I taught in public and private schools for 12 years until I decided to stay home with my family, but continue to keep up my NH Educator Certification.  Even though I have left the traditional classroom, I continue to perform and teach violin.  I also teach lessons in other stringed instruments.  If you are interested in hearing more about lessons, contact me at

Current lesson offerings:

  • Violin, viola or ukulele lessons, Virtually or In-person (outside, with masks)
    • $30/half hour
    • $50/full hour
  • Homeschool Uke Groups **Outdoors, weather dependent, running until it snows!
    • $10/family/week for a sing-a-long, play-a-long class where we work on basic skills. Student interest driven.
    • Classes are Mondays 2-3PM, Tuesdays 1-2PM, and Wednesdays 2-3PM.
